I'd seen the XKCD comic, and loved it, but hadn't seen the Language Log response -- the slash fiction responses are too funny!
It's stirring up a lot of joyful responses in the fandom communities online, as well. I expect to see Strunk/White on the list for this year's Yuletide exchange!
