I have to admit, I love the way they quote the legalistic stuff. Gosh, that's just cheeky genius! If only they'd use it writing sonnets or something!
I think it's unrelated, since the email isn't attached by name or anything else to the blog. I think the finance search came after, when I posted this on the blog.

It probably is unrelated. I get those damn things all the time, but I do have a ebay account. I just report them as fraud and hit delete.
