I have no idea what this is. But last week I was teaching Donne's Holy Sonnet 14--"Batter my heart" &c.--and dude, I am *so* not drawing that sucker.
OOh, I got that it was Mother Courage even without the speech hint! BTW, I think this is your best stick-figure interpretation of pathos yet!

heu mihi, I did a modern imitation of Batter My Heart once. If I wasn't a very nice professor, I would share it with the class.
