The hawks made lots of noise whenever I drove car out of garage. Haven't seen signs of them for a few weeks, so I'm guessing they've gone elsewhere. So if the ...Sharpies are little, Coops are bigger. So if the bird was the size of a large popsicle on a stick (maybe for bird reference, twice the size of a cardinal), then it's a sharpie.
