(A sure tipoff that they understand he was an entertainer most of all.) They make parents check their strollers, and give them Baby-Bjorn-type carriers, so the kids dangle on their parents' chests, looking out. Our one-year-old loved it.

That said, of course you're right that lots of museums and other places are out of bounds....

Vance MaverickAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17974015.post-1156875192857536942006-08-29T11:13:00.000-07:002006-08-29T11:13:00.000-07:00My summer spent doing nothing but online shopping ...My summer spent doing nothing but online shopping pays off!

Shakespeare action figure (http://www.mcphee.com/items/11188.html)

Shakespeare bobble head (http://www.mcphee.com/items/11468.html)

And, finally, The Poor Yorick catalog, for all your bardic needs (http://www.bardcentral.com/index.php?cPath=180&osCsid=aff01b4f7c33c5ffa4aa97a897f454c5).

But your idea for a removable-hand Titus figure is brilliant, and I want one, badly.St. Ephhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11611680292576283192noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17974015.post-1156859259433582202006-08-29T06:47:00.000-07:002006-08-29T06:47:00.000-07:00Einstein action figure...too cool. I don't see how bringing them someplace that is not aimed at their level will increase their cultural awareness. If the kid doesn't understand, then they will have a crappy time and learn quickly to hate such places. Wait until they are older and understand... and, by no means does a stroller give you right of way or any sort of permission to smash it into me.Inside the Philosophy Factoryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12255753259090709877noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17974015.post-1156838153309179272006-08-29T00:55:00.000-07:002006-08-29T00:55:00.000-07:00http://www.shakespearesden.com/11188.htmlShakespea...http://www.shakespearesden.com/11188.html

Shakespeare Action Figure.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17974015.post-1156820128280758752006-08-28T19:55:00.000-07:002006-08-28T19:55:00.000-07:00re: children don't belong in certain places. I was somewhere recently where there was a screaming baby where there shouldn't have been--nice restaurant or something, can't remember and it just ruined my experience. I'm one of those parents who whisked their crying children away so a) not to disturb others and b) because they're obviously unhappy where they are.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10766222493968363248noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17974015.post-1156813672164267302006-08-28T18:07:00.000-07:002006-08-28T18:07:00.000-07:00I, too, have seen a Shakespeare action figure...I, too, have seen a Shakespeare action figure...timnahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01985699859449138316noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17974015.post-1156801430621292972006-08-28T14:43:00.000-07:002006-08-28T14:43:00.000-07:00There's definitely a Shakespeare action figure (ma...There's definitely a Shakespeare action figure (made by at least one of the companies that makes an Einstein action figure).
