My bike is a street ten speed from the mid 80s, as stripped and light as I could afford at the time (no kickstand, etc). I'm FAR too unathletic to do much in the way of mountain biking. Our local trails are pretty much paved and fairly easy grades (this being the midwest and all, it's not like we're doing the Tour de France through the alps!)

abd anonymous, You have a dirty mind! (I approve!)

Thanks, Lisa!

I tried it out yesterday for real, first by taking a friend's bike to the bike shop on it, and then I took mine to the trailhead and went for a short and COLD ride. It was GREAT and so much easier than stuffing the bike in and out of the back of the wagon.Bardiachttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11846065504793800266noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17974015.post-1142994867386267102006-03-21T18:34:00.000-08:002006-03-21T18:34:00.000-08:00Have a good time!!Have a good time!!Chaserhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02124246378936489539noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17974015.post-1142991222666253612006-03-21T17:33:00.000-08:002006-03-21T17:33:00.000-08:00With your neighbor's snowblower and your new rack,...With your neighbor's snowblower and your new rack, you've got quite the steamy blog :) Nice rack, by the way.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17974015.post-1142975887875514142006-03-21T13:18:00.000-08:002006-03-21T13:18:00.000-08:00Hey, I just bought my own bike for the first time ...Hey, I just bought my own bike for the first time ever.
